The SPORTY is our sportier looking alarm bracelet with a comfortable silicone band. SPORTY has a clean silhouette and is comfortable enough to be worn all the time. It is also water resistant with an extended-life battery that only needs to be charged once every 3 months. When activated, the alarm will sound for up to 90 minutes. The Devie is great for traveling, hiking, running and for daily wear.

The SPORTY employs the same penetrating alarm contained in the POSH -- it is uncomfortably loud and at a frequency that is uniquely irritating to the human ear. Our testing has demonstrated that humans (and animals) want to immediately distance themselves from the sound. The alarm is activated by pushing the button located on the side of the device and holding it for 3 seconds. This is to make sure the alarm is sounded purposefully and to avoid accidental activation. It is also intended to be simple enough to activate even in the most stressful situations. The alarm can be deactivated by pushing and holding the button for 3 seconds.

We recommend practicing setting off the alarm and turning off the alarm when you receive your device, to get familiar with the process.

It is highly effective and designed for maximum loudness at the most disturbing frequency for human ears to make the assailant desperate to get away from the sound. It will not call 911 or your contacts but is meant to allow you deter an assault and to get to safety.

Your Blaire is water resistant which means you can get it wet and it will be fine but swimming or full immersion in water is not recommended as it will damage the components.
